I woke up today with a mindset of not having any negative thoughts.

Walking in drowsiness and got into auto mode. Walked into the kitchen, opened the fridge, opened the milk container, poured it, & started boiling it.

‘Did I check Whether the Milk is fresh or contaminated’?

REFRESH & REWIND

I woke up today with a mindset of not having any negative thoughts.

WHAT? REPEAT

I woke up today with a mindset of not having any negative thoughts.

DID YOU FOLLOW?

…milk-fresh-contaminated…

Oh shit, the First negative thinking started!

Most of us would have a very strong negative thinking mindset in our lives and the fun is we don’t realize or refuse to realize it.

In Olympics, when another country wins, the people think, their wins are illegitimate and there might be some tampering happening, somewhere. It is a scandal. The reality is, that we refuse to respect someone’s victory.

One should understand that we always say I am emotionally strong, and inside it is the other side. When we start growing up, we were embedded with negative thinking as a way of being a precaution. Overdose of Love leads us to negative thinking.

I love my child, so I take EXTRA care. It is nothing but an overdose of negativity that is invisible.

We all need to learn how to never feel negative emotions in our life? It is a trick we need to know and understand the fact that something we can’t change.

Most of us say, Whatever I come across in my life is negativity. And negativity around me takes out the positivity within myself. Everyone except me in the world is a negative person.

I believe that every negative emotion that we felt in our life is self-created. It is an optional choice to have it with us. You can leave it or live away with it. It is up to you.

We create emotional pain within ourselves for most of the things which are not in our control. In other words, we take everything around us as it is within our control and take unnecessary pain with us.

When the world is moving in one direction, we wish to travel in another direction. The degree that we resist reality and wish it were different is the degree to that we create emotional pain.

How to solve it?

Could you ever solve this?

YES, we can.

And the answer is simple. We need to accept it unconditionally.

If something happened to you, it can’t be changed. Yes, we can correct it by doing something in the future. But, changing something in the past is not going to happen.

Understand that what happened has happened, and we couldn’t change. Accept it. There is one powerful sentence that can solve this.

I/You can’t change it.

Ok, it happened. If you would like to feel sad, do it. Apply the Five-Minute rule and cry, scold, laugh, moan, complain, and do whatever your emotion says to you.

After five minutes, ‘STOP’ everything and ask, what is next?

That is the only intelligent way a human need to follow.

Accept it, happy or sad, joy or upset, need to settle somewhere in between where the peace is.

We need to practice in life to accept everything and take five minutes to be upset and then realize that we can’t change it. Feel free from emotional pain and settle in peace by yourself and LET IT GO!

It’s gone now!

Last week, I was on the highway and entering the toll plaza. Expect my lane, the vehicles in other lanes are moving fast. Something happened in the automated system. I thought of changing lanes but couldn’t as there were vehicles around.

So, I need to wait, not my fault. I need to live in society by accepting it as normal. Being emotional is not going to solve your problem. End of the day, it will affect your health. Be Cool and enjoy the ride.

You can apply the same principle in life. Tell repeatedly to yourself and let your mind understand it.

‘I accept it, can’t change it, it’s good and look forward to a happy world’.

Free from negative thinking, negative emotions, and negative people.

Pause for a while (apply the five-minute rule), find your peace, and move forward, and happy life is yours!
